Advanced Core Craft

ZIZIP self-developed its hot melt cast film core process. High-temperature TPU melt directly infuses the webbing fibers, fusing the waterproof layer and the webbing into one.

Why That Matters

Because the bond is a fused structure rather than a glued laminate, it delivers:

• Excellent peel resistance at the material interface
• Effective suppression of delamination under frequent flexing
• Stable sealing performance through humid heat aging
• Reliability across alternating ice-water immersion cycles

Vertically Integrated Manufacturing

From yarn substrate to finished product, the manufacturing system is vertically controlled — which is how sealing performance requirements get built into process development from the start, and how batch consistency is controlled at the source.
